GLC Event Group

GLC Event Group has been a dream of ours for many years. When we got married in 2009, we were working opposite schedules and never saw each other. We decided really quick that we had to find a way to work and see each other, so we started working on our Dreams.

Grant attended Johnson & Wales University and completed his degree in Culinary Nutrition.  Since then, Grant has worked in all aspects of the culinary world, including high end, fine dining establishments, country clubs, hotels, restaurants and high production institutional dining and catering. Candice has worked in the Event industry for 14 years and started baking and designing cakes about 10 years ago.

We decided to combine both of our talents and launched GLC Event Group, as a Catering, Event Planning & Staffing company in 2011. Since then we have added A Sugary Mess, Keep-N-Eat and Bite my Biscuit Food Truck. Now we work together doing what we both love and we see each other every day!
